Welcome to Newington Heights HOA!

Newington Heights is a culturally diverse community of 316 attached townhomes in Lorton, Virginia. Our community dates back to 1987 and has continued to develop over the years. We are a highly sought-after community with the convenience of nearby stores for shopping and groceries, the Metro bus line, the VRE and Metro transportation systems. Residents can easily access a two-story County recreation facility equipped with a workout room and indoor pool less than 2 miles away. Our neighborhood is within walking distance to Newington Forest Elementary, and South County Middle and High Schools.

The community is managed by an active Board of Directors who oversee the community and its operation to ensure a uniform appearance in the interest of preserving and enhancing property values.  Newington Height’s greatest assets are found in the owners and residents that reside in the community, who together strive to keep the overall community looking cohesive and a pleasure to come home to.

Newington Heights HOA does not have a pool; however, all residents are eligible to join the Saratoga Pool. Membership at this non-profit, community pool is open to all residents in the local area. Facilities and amenities include:
  • Main pool with a swim lane, adult-only swim hours, and a shallow children’s area
  • Baby pool
  • Snack bar
  • Free WiFi
  • Area to host private parties
  • Swim team
  • Regular events for both kids and adults
For more details and to join, visit the Saratoga Pool website.
