Homeowner Portal
Summit's homeowner portal is an interactive communication tool between you and your Community Management Team and a platform to obtain current information about your community as well as the ability to submit service requests and to respond to notices. It also is a convenient bill pay service.
To reduce administrative expenses for the Association, we encourage you to sign up for an automatic ACH deduction via the Vantaca owner portal. If you have not already done so, please register to access the portal at https://portal.summitmanage.com.
Assessment Payments
Besides setting up automatic payments, payment may be made by Check or Money Order and mailed to the address listed below:

Members may also make online payments through Alliance Bank, set up a recurring monthly payment or sign up for direct debit. Please visit our management's website at https://www.summitmanage.com/ and click on the “Pay My Assessments” tab to make a one time online payment or set up a recurring payment.
